Our Cancellation Policy:

If you do not reschedule or cancel your appointment by 24 hours before your appointment, you forfeit your deposit for the service. If you did not pay a deposit for the service, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. You must cancel your appointment via the online portal, via text, or via voicemail more than 24 hours before your appointment (must be received on our end). Missed calls and emails are not sufficient.
